Ahoy Mateys - Pirate's Island
[ Back to Top ]The Cosumnes Legacy Foundation and Pirate's Island Partners are joining efforts to revive ye’ ole Pirates Island playground in Elk Grove Park. The playground, originally constructed in 1972 was demolished in the late 1980s. Blimey! Many resident landlubbers have jolly memories of playing on the island in their childhood. Lets heave-ho together to revive the playground to offer those same memories to new generations of buccaneers!

Elk Grove Regional Veterans Memorial
[ Back to Top ]The Elk Grove Regional Veterans Memorial will stand in honor and memorialize not only those veterans who have given their lives defending this Country and Freedom but also those who have served and are still living and can stand proud of their service and sacrifice.
So far, approximately $80,000 has been raised to build the Veterans Memorial. We need approximately $300K - $600K to build the Memorial. You can help by purchasing a personalized brick, a message on the wall or a custom star. Your names, logos and messages will be seen for years to come.
